Naugatuck Valley Savings and Loan, a federally chartered savings bank, was founded in 1922 by local business and community leaders to serve the financial needs of the residents of the Greater Naugatuck Valley.

Since 1922 we have maintained a solid financial standing and have grown steadily. We’ve never merged with or been taken over by another institution. We have never engaged in subprime lending. We strive to be a good corporate citizen.

We offer a full line of personal banking, business banking, and investment services – all with exceptional customer service. What we don’t have is an impersonal Call Center or automated answering system: When you call with an inquiry, you speak with a person who can help you.
