Complete the enrollment information. Choose the account(s) you want to view as an e-Statement. Create a username and password, and provide answers to the security questions. You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail at the address you provide. Your account will be pending until you confirm it per the instructions contained in the e-mail.
How do I access my e-Statement?
You will be notified via e-mail each month when your new Checking statement is ready to be viewed online. Simply click on the link contained in the e-mail. You’ll be asked to enter your ID and password. Or you may log in to the e-Statement area here and enter your ID and password.
Are e-Statements secure?
Yes, e-Statements are encrypted to protect your account information and require a password to view them.
Which accounts are eligible for e-Statements?
e-Statements are being offered for Checking and Savings accounts.
Will I still get paper statements if I enroll in e-Statements?
No, e-Statements replace paper statements for the account(s) you select.
Will I have access to my old statements?
Yes, you can view the past 18 months of statements online. Should you need statements older than 18 months, please call us toll-free at 1-800-251-2161. (Never e-mail account information to safeguard against its interception by an unauthorized third party.) Fees may apply for researching old statements.
Will I be able to save my e-Statements?
Yes, you can print them out and/or download them to your computer.
What if I want to go back to receiving paper statements?
Simply call us toll-free at 1-800-251-2161 or visit your local branch to change your statement delivery option back to paper. Please note that once you revert back to paper statements, you will no longer have access to your previous statements online.
